- Scope of the Treaty
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC“) applies to PET Spare Parts Kft. (hereinafter: “Entrepreneur“) www.petspareparts.eu or www.petspareparts.com website (hereinafter: “PET Spare Parts Website“) for all goods and e-commerce services. The technical information required for the use of the PET Spare Parts Website, which is not contained in these GTC, is provided by other information available on the website of the PET Spare Parts Website or by the Contractor itself during the contact.
1.2 The scope of the GTC covers all commercial transactions that are concluded between the Contractor and the Customer with the help of the PET Spare Parts Website or in any other direct way (hereinafter: “Customer” / „Customer” or in the case of a request for quotation and contact without account registration, flexibly “User”) is created.
1.3 Buyer means a legal entity, business association, sole proprietorship, or other entity with legal personality that purchases products or services for business, trade, or professional purposes and is not considered a consumer under applicable law.
1.4 The Customer accepts the Contractor’s offer by accepting it in writing, in particular, but not exclusively by means of a confirmation sent by e-mail, or by paying the Contractor’s invoice according to the offer. By accepting the offer, the Consumer acknowledges the scope of the present GTC and considers the contents thereof to be binding on itself.
1.5 The Contractor is available in case of any questions arising in connection with each order and the delivery process at the contact details provided in the present GTC.
1.6 If the Customer wishes to apply a contractual provision that differs from these terms and conditions, the Contractor must be notified thereof in writing. The proposed modifications must be expressly approved in writing by the Contractor before accepting the order. The Contractor emphasizes that the individual terms and conditions set by the Customer may always cover the general terms and conditions of the present contract and may affect the warranty undertaken and the applicable payment terms.
1.7 The present GTC will only be sent to the Customer at the time of the order confirmation and the www.petspareparts.eu or www.petspareparts.com page.

- Information about the use of the www.petspareparts.eu Website
3.1. Browsing, registering, contacting or any other interaction on the www.petspareparts.eu website is considered acceptance of the GTC and the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Minors or persons with limited legal capacity may only use the services of the PET Spare Parts Website with the consent of their legal representative. PET Spare Parts Kft. cannot control who uses the functions available there, so the responsibility for this lies with the User.
3.3. If the Customer enters and/or registers on the PET Spare Parts Website, the Customer declares that he/she understands and acknowledges the terms of use contained in the GTC and the Privacy Statement, and accepts the terms and conditions of use of the PET Spare Parts Website, and consents to the described method of data processing.
3.4. If the Customer does not consent to the data processing, the Customer has the opportunity to choose the preferred method of cookie management by himself or, failing that, he is entitled to interrupt the use of the PET Spare Parts Website.
3.5 During the account registration for contact, the User may contact the Entrepreneur by filling in the account registration form and sending it. Based on the data provided during the account registration, the Contractor will contact the User and provide information about the terms of the requested service or cooperation. After the successful creation of the account, the User has access to the contact functions, through which he can request detailed information about the services offered by the Contractor, their conditions and possible fees. Registration and contact through it does not qualify as the conclusion of a contract, and does not create an obligation on the part of either the User or the Contractor to conclude the contract.
3.6 The Contractor emphatically draws the User’s attention to the fact that registration serves only the purpose of contacting and does not qualify as the use of a service in itself. The contract may only be concluded on the basis of an individual agreement between the Contractor and the User and its written confirmation. By finalizing the order, the User qualifies as a Customer as defined in Section 1.3 of the Contract.
3.7 Account registration is not required for purchase. The Buyer may submit a request for quotation using the contact form or by e-mail, in which he may provide the necessary information and detail his individual requirements. In the case of placing an order, the Customer may select and modify the billing information after providing the necessary personal data. If the performance of the service requires delivery, the Customer must provide the delivery details if they differ from the billing address.
3.8 After entering the data required for account registration, the User can confirm that he or she has read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by placing a checkmark in the checkbox.
3.9 The www.petspareparts.eu When requesting a quote on the website, the User has the opportunity to check and correct data entry errors.
3.10 While filling out the contact/request form, the system provides real-time feedback on mandatory fields and formatting errors, for example in the case of an incorrectly entered email address. The data can be modified or deleted at any time before submitting the form, so the User is advised to check it carefully before submitting it.
3.11 If it turns out that you have entered incorrect data after submitting the form, you can request the change by e-mail or phone. In the message sent to the contact e-mail address, the User may clarify or correct the information provided during the request for quotation, and if the operator of the website provides telephone customer service, the necessary modifications can also be agreed upon by phone.
3.12 In the event of a technical problem, for example if the contact/enquiry form cannot be submitted or an incorrect confirmation is received, it is recommended to clear your browser cache and refresh the page, as well as use a different browser or device. If the problem persists, the User may report the error by contacting the Contractor. The website operator takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the data, however, it is primarily the User’s responsibility to provide the data correctly and, if necessary, to correct it.
3.13 If the User has provided the necessary data during the online request for quotation process and clicked on the “Request for quotation” button, he shall submit a request for quotation to the Contractor. The request for quotation does not qualify as a binding order in itself, it only indicates the User’s interest according to the given conditions. Based on the request for quotation, the contractor provides information on the details of the requested product or service, after which the order can be finalized. However, this offer does not automatically mean that PET Spare Parts Kft. has accepted the Customer’s order (for more details, see Section 6 of the GTC).
3.14 If the User has successfully completed the request for quotation or contact process, he or she will arrive at a confirmation interface, where he or she will receive information about the identification number of the request for quotation and the further course of administration. We will send you an automatic confirmation email when you receive your request for a quote, which contains the data you have entered and the next steps.
